These terms of service are intended to clarify practical matters regarding acceptable uses of
SuperSurvey&trade;.  These terms are in addition to the other <a href="/policies.htm">policies</a>
which apply to SuperSurvey and users of this site.

<li>Email use: Inviting survey takers is the only appropriate use of the Distribution
Manager's email composing function.  Distribution Manager may not be used for unrelated,
commercial purposes or for bulk, unsolicited mailing.</li>
<li>Unlimited responses: Total responses to a survey are unlimited. If the total (for Single Surveys) or monthly (for Subscription Surveys) survey responses exceed the purchased package level, the response overage charge is $0.03 per response, billed on either a monthly basis or upon single survey completion.
