SuperSurvey®'s online help system contains instructions for survey makers, definitions of terms, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

If you have a question or concern that a Customer Support Representative can better assist you with, please contact us directly using one of the methods below.

  1. You can submit a support ticket by emailing support@supersurvey.com. Please include your username, and if possible, the Survey ID# which pertains to your request.
  2. You may call us toll-free at 800-241-0279 during our normal business hours.

Whichever method you choose, we will address your inquiry as soon as possible. Requests are usually handled within one hour during normal business hours (8 AM - 5 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday).
