Keys are like passwords to the survey. A survey can have a Single Key for all survey takers to share, Auto-Generated Keys, which permit a survey taker to respond only once, or Custom Keys, which allow you to specify a list of valid keys for SuperSurvey™ to accept.
Survey makers choose the Key type before activating the survey. The type of key mechanism chosen for your survey should reflect the access control needs of your survey. In general, we suggest Auto-Generated Keys as a simple, easy-to-implement solution to most access control needs.

LOGIQ™
LOGIQ™ (Linking, Ordering, and Grouping of Interdependent Questions) is a way of grouping your survey's questions into pages, and linking these pages together based on conditions (e.g., If the answer to question 3 is "Yes," skip to page 9...).
These conditions, known as skip logic, can be very helpful if you have a long or complex survey, in order to reduce the amount of work each survey taker must do and therefore increase response rates.

IP Address
An IP Address is a numeric code which identifies each computer connected to the Internet. SuperSurvey™ does not release individual IP addresses to survey makers; however, we do release aggregate information about them (such as whether most respondents come from .com, .org, or .edu).

Survey ID
Each survey is assigned a unique ID number. If you need to correspond with us regarding a particular survey, it is essential to note the ID number to assist us in tracking the survey within our system.
