E-mail invitations can be sent through the system, and the invitation process can be integrated with the tracking system so that each invitee is assigned a unique key that allows the system to track them when they respond and match up the results with the e-mail address.
As soon as the first response comes in to your survey, you can view the results online, in real time. You can view the full data or an online summary report. You can also create bar charts and pie charts for the summarized data, or filter the data online based on the answers to specific questions (e.g. "Show responses where the respondent said 'my favorite color is blue.'") For further analysis you can download the results in CSV (comma separated values) format, which will open up in Excel, Access, and most other database or spreadsheet applications.
Pricing can either be on a weekly per survey basis, or on a subscription basis. Weekly survey charges range from $149 to $249 depending on the features used and include up to 2000 responses. (Responses beyond that are pro-rated.) Subscription packages range from $500/quarter for up to 500 monthly responses to $3,000/quarter for up to 7500 monthly responses.
